  1. Are you sure you want to use a tele for landscapes? Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
  2. Hmm, looks like a flower to me. Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
  3. An f/1.5 enlarging lens? I don't think so. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
  4. Have you tried to reset? Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
  5. Could be someone tried to clean the back element with a caustic (glass cleaner with an additive?) and that etched the metal. You may never know how much that effected the rest of the lens without a tear down. Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
  6. A little too bright on the highlights? Especially the yellows. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
  7. Used my 18 mm prime yesterday and did not see any error messages. Perhaps, in my case, was a matter of using the lens enough? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
  8. With the last update I installed, on all lenses and body, I'm still seeing the "turn camera off and back on" with my single prime, sheesh
  9. A 35mm on my X-Pro2 would be the equivalent of a 50mm Normal Lens so I don't think you'd see much wide angle to that lens. I personally have the 18-55 zoom and use it 80% of the time. This last weekend I took mine out with the only prime I own, a 24 mm equivalent, nice lend and a handy compact configuration, that I carried around my neck all morning without complaint. Reminded me of a smaller Leica "M", tho its been forever since I've handled one. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
  10. Optical viewfinder as much as you can stand. Manual focus. No VR. AF off. No Jpegs. Start there (?) and add back the mimimum you can justify. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
  11. Installed the one missing screw, with a very small dab of clear nail polish. I couldn't find the correct Locktite locally! Checked the others all are tight. Ryall PITA. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
  12. Have you looked at the fuji app? I've read, here, at least one paen to it. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
  13. I always shoot Jpeg + Raw. Am dissatisfied that the Exposure Comp. dial is that easy to bump. Fuji came thru with two tripod screws and they're going in, with a spot of clear nail polish, this Saturday. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
  14. What about the Thethered Shooting plug in for Lightroom, have you tried that? I have the wireless Fiji app on my smartphone and on a 7 ich tablet. Have yet to try it though so I can't personally comment on its utility. The posting I've seen about the app suggest that it's not 100% ready for prime tine. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
  15. Perhaps Fuji never intended the camera to work that way. I have an XPRO2 as well and have been hoping to read how to set up an external monitor also. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
  16. The replacements came in yesterday. No Charge. I'll pick up some fresh Locktite to keep them on. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
  17. Still eating on the replacement screws. Drat it all Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
  18. I was surprised to feel a noticeable difference today in the Zoom ring of my 55-200 in comparison with my 16-55. I haven't noticed a difference before. Anybody else notice this? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
  19. I have seen that on utube for Cannon cameras but not Fujis Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
  20. I'd rather have direct connect with a USB cable. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
  21. I agree completely. Adding on - I'd wish for software to use a 7" tablet as a tethered (via USB cable) remote LCD monitor or make marked improvements in the Fuji Remote app, its far from bulletproof according to accounts on this and other forums. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
  22. Checking my XPro-2 after a recent airplane trip I noticed that one of the 2 screws securing to tripod socket to the base was missing. Picture is attached. I called the Fuji repair in New Jersey. They said they'd send me, gratis, replacements snd that i should use Locktite on the replacement. I was also told that XT2s were known for shedding these after removing the camera from a tripod. YEMV, of course. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
  23. Apparently some posters are complaining about this "watercolor" effect while others are not. It might help all of us if the OS and the version of PS or LR and Capture One being employed in the conversion. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
  24. Taking raw plus jpegs helps, some. Still think it need a better way to shout "EC ACTIVE" at me. Failure between the headcups. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
