Looks like some people are talking about the 16-50 and not the 16-55.

I never use circular polarizer filters on wide angle lenses (I also use no filter on my 12mm). Of course it can be done but use 'em with care.

Nope, no VAT. I guess they didn't inspect the package but I took the possibility into account and IF they'd have charged VAT it'd still be way cheaper. Edit: I don't know how long ago you had to go to the airport to pay the VAT but these days you just pay the mailman.

Also bought from a Hong Kong seller. Delivery time was quite long (to The Netherlands) but it was cheap, quick replies, packaged well, no problems with the lens (27mm).

I don't know about the 16mm. The 10-24 shows some vignetting on the widest angle with a normal filter. You could also use something like the Lee 100mm filter system thus having larger filters and no vignetting. Since the 14mm has a small front element comared to the filter size you won't encounter any vignetting. Off-topic but worth considering: if you like to use your OVF the 14mm covers the smallest portion of the frame since it's the smalles and shortest lens.

gordonrussel76, that's a great recommendation but the 10-24 is almost twice the weight of the 14mm (234 vs 404 grammes) and physically twice as long. For me, looking for a high quality lightweight package, that'd be a big difference and a reason to choose the 14mm and for someone else it wouldn't. -
When you shoot mostly outdoor portraits I'd look at a lens suited best for that and those are the 56mm f/1.2 and de 90mm f/2. Those will give you a better/different result than your current lenses and since portraits are your business you might be most happy. You can use your other lenses for the other stuff. When buying secondhand you maybe can even add a used x-e1 (or even x-e2) as backup. Edit: the 23 an 35mm f/1.4 are great as well but since you're shooting mostly outdoors you have probably more space to walk around and I'd choose i tighter focal length.

Because of #1 I'd also suggest the 27mm. Great fun lens to shoot. I always take it with me when I have no plan of serious photographing and end up photographing more. So small, sharp and light and not expensive when bought secondhand. Next to that I'd also suggest the 18-55 + 55-200 if you want the best quality. Personally I also use the 18-55 range more and that lens is quite a bit smaller and lighter than the 18-135. But if you're buying a weather resistant Fuji and think you'll shoot in the rain sometimes the 18-135 might prove its worth. -
It'd be nice but then the lens would be heavier and larger, the size is it's main selling point. I'm happy with the lens as it is, it's super sharp, light and small. For fast there is the 23 f/1.4 and the 35 f/1.4.

I especially like #1 and #5 (nice composition although the colours look a bit flat). Those show a nice contrast between the building and cultivated nature. The others lack a bit of focus on subject or composition.
