  1. Even if you want to film, go for Fuji. Use your iphone for what it is, a phone. Or get a good Panasonic, those are the best video cameras.
  2. Upgrade the software, go out and shoot alot. You do very nice pics, just try and try yourself, beside any advice.
  3. I quote hands down. People should think to take pictures, instead saying "what will be the next model?" just after a new model comes up.
  4. Hi. I don't know it, but many branded products are the same manufacturer. I guess there are just 2 or 3 that produces stuff that got branded for the different companies.
  5. Sebas, as the others already told you, it's plenty of great manual lenses out there. The russians, or better some of them have a great quality and they're really sturdy. Otherwise are Zeiss copies. Also they're very cheap. I just sold my Tair 3S, a great 300mm with a useful focusing system. The thing is you have to use it on a tripod, or anyways on a monopod since it's heavy compared to the camera body. I have a preference for the Takumars that have an awesome quality, but it depends on your taste. The Asahi Pentax was the main camera for the pros in the '60s and early '70s before the arrival of the Nikon with its bayonet system. Also, it's true that some lenses are radioactive (I have the 50mm f/1,4 which is awesome) but don't think it's alot. I mean, your cell phone is surely much worse. More, I don't think you'll be taking pics with a lens like that for hours and hours every day. Anyways you have alot of lenses to chose from, and being the Fuji a 4/3 kind of system, you can also go for a 50 (which is a 75). Check online, it's a good source to see samples of all kinds. Every now and then I upload some samples on my Flickr page at Foto Fix. You'll be able to get an idea on the results of each lens.
  6. Very nice pics and awesome place, breathtaking. Living there it's like living in a paradise, also with the difficulties that might be.
  7. There's also another aspect, Run. Price get higher so quick than usually you can almost sell the camera you bought for the price as new, or so. There also are people who bought a camera and lens kit, then they sell the lens for the price they paid it because the lens alone costs much more.
  8. I see. It's like in italy. There are more cartels than in Medellin for the narcos.
  9. Milandro, I noticed usually prices over there are higher than in the rest of Europe. Both, for new and used stuff. Nick, check companies like eGlobalCentral (if it's allowed to post names): I haven't bought anything until now but a couple friends bought stuff significantly cheaper than in any other place, Amazon included.
  10. Yep, that's it.
  11. Keep in mind that prices of the official retailers are higher than the big chains' or particular shops, so even if there's a special price or a cashback is not convenient to buy in those places.
  12. It's the focusing point problem on some. I ordered a modified adapter for my Tair 3S to get the infinity focus. There's an adapter that works better than others, I don't remember the name but it's also in a thread here in the forum. It has a ring that can be removed to shorten the focusing point.
  13. As Sluw said, it's plenty of lenses out there, it only depends on your very personal taste. What can be a nice character for you, it might be not my favourite and vice versa. The lens I prefer over any other is the Takumar but, beside the technical characteristics, you might prefer others. Anyways, check these three samples. Even though each lens is over a hundred Euros. https://www.flickr.com/photos/144829918@N02/sets/72157675654758400 https://www.flickr.com/photos/144829918@N02/sets/72157675013521325 https://www.flickr.com/photos/144829918@N02/sets/72157673362624752

  15. Schöne Bilder und angenehme Reise nach Schweden und Norwegen, Michael. Bleibst du bei Facebook?
  16. I wonder if we were talking about bread
  17. I have the Vitrox 10mm and 16mm and even just the 10 is enough. Great results. You can try the two alone and combined, lot of fun. And quality.
  18. I quote hands down. Also. Not only people are robbed buying iphones that cost an arm and leg, but even advertise for free the products they.
  19. Nice pics and Marvelous Creatures. Sacred
  20. I don't know where you are located, but usually the "official" shops that carry Fuji from the importer, have higher prices and even if there's a sale, the price you'll find will always be higher than big chains' or shops' on the net.
  21. Where's that shop?!
  22. Beautiful Tiere and shots. Hänsel and Gretel
