I hope you see the weakness of your reasoning yourself? Attacking the posters instead of their arguments? Edit: congratulations, you are the very first person on this forum who made it to my ignore list.

You don't push an iPhone against your face ... A touch screen only makes sense for me on a camera you use without a viewfinder.

Here's an argument against a touch screen; it will be messy for left eye shooters. Sorry for the messy photo ... by Johan Thole, on Flickr

Who says? I suspect that a large part of Fujifilm's target group thinks otherwise. Besides, the "screen only" design makes the camera bland and ugly.
-
Well ... still the same opinion. I am not impressed by the styling. The backside looks more like a weird Apple device than a camera.

By the way, I like the sculpture!

Really? I don't like it at all.

Well ... by magic, of course.

That it will compensate for your own movements. So you can hand hold with lower shutter speeds.

Yes. You get stabilisation for lenses that do not have OIS.
-
Of course; it stabilises the sensor, and not your subject.

User review of useful lenses plus advice sought
johant replied to Guzzi Jim's topic in Fuji X Lenses
When I am convinced that I need something new, I take out my "old" X-Pro1 with the 18mm or 35mm, and go for a walk (or go visit some event). That usually cures the urge. Last vacation, I only had my X100T with me (in France). I had a great time. If I personally would want to have "everything" covered, I would take a 18-55 with me (which I do not have anymore). I have a 18-135 because I bought it as a kit with the X-T1, but I seldom use that. Too heavy and large, and too many optical compromises. The X-T1 is my least used camera anyway (and an example of when I wrongly convinced myself that I needed something new). I don't think it really matters which lens(es) you take to Thailand, as long as you limit yourself to two or three. Each focal length gives you unique opportunities to see. -

Focus peaking? In that case, yes. Different colours, choice between Low and High. I do not know if it is implemented in the same way as Sony; no experience with their cameras.

X-Pro 2 35mm is it something for me?
johant replied to pranfeuri's topic in Fuji X-Pro 1 / Fuji X-Pro 2 / Fuji X-Pro 3
FWIW, I do not like the OVF with zoom lenses. If you would not mind an EVF, and are budget conscious, a X-T1 might be an option. -
Ken Rockwell X-T2 Review... X-T2 not really for Pro's

Do you realise we're giving him attention for almost a year already in this thread? If you don't like him, ignore him. -
The 18mm is a peculiar lens. I like its character, but some think it is the worst Fujinon prime. For me, it is a great city lens. I have not used it Welcome here [emoji4] Edit: here is an article, from Jonas Rask, with a lot of photos from the 18mm: https://jonasraskphotography.com/2016/02/13/revitalisation-of-18/

I usually take the X-T1 and 18-135mm with me when the weather is drizzly. It is my only WR combination.

White balance shift most likely. http://fujifilm-dsc.com/en/manual/x100t/shooting/white_balance/index.html Look at step 3.

Oops ... apologies for the terse explanation! And thanks to the other contributors to step in, explaining what I meant [emoji4] Indeed, you can tell the camera to store both the RAW and JPEG file. For the JPEG, you can select the size and quality ("normal" or "fine"). One thing that seems to confuse some people; since the RAW file contains raw sensor data plus metadata, it depends on your RAW converter whether Fujifilm film simulation settings are applied. With the JPEG, they are "baked in", of course. Another fun thing; the cameras have their own RAW converter on board (of course), which allows you to create different JPEGs from the same RAW file in the camera. You'll find out when fiddling with the "Play" menu.

X-T20 have the same rubber feel as the X-T10?
johant replied to gashlycrumb's topic in Fuji X-T2 / Fuji X-T20
Probable launch date for the X-E3. -
It's not correct indeed. As a matter of fact, if you do not store the JPEG, then only a small JPEG embedded image is stored. That limits your options for previewing on the camera, if you like doing that.
