  1. Providing that from October till April I'm shooting in the gloves, use built-in flash, shoot in manual mode and don't consider 6400 ISO's noise to be the worst thing in the world, I just see no reason to move from my X-E2 to E3.... and yes, I hope Fuji eliminate D-Pad in all their future cameras to give us all an equal rights.
  2. I wonder, if future X-Pro3 / X-T3 (T2s) lose D-Pad in line with new strategy, will all those reviewers, who praised X-E3 today, raise tsunami shitstorm or swallow it as well?
  3. I wish I've seen what they were looking at...
  4. I prefer CC and try not to play with col, htn & stn because it leads to an absence of consistency. When you look at your pictures one by one on the monitor or smartphone screen it's not so obvious but if you put several prints with different colours, saturation, tonality etc in front of yourself, you won't like it that much.
  5. Just have received MC Rokkor 58mm F1.2 and the first test shot impressed me. The distance to background objects only 15 cm.
  6. Oh! Western World... the only place where human beings are living... I see your point.
  7. It's like if biker would tell to cyclist that the fundamental disconnect here is that he need to realize an engine is now an absolute requirement for virtually any vehicle that has some wheels.
  8. Absolutely. I'd passed X-Pro2 (due its size and weight) and X-T2 (due its t-shirt form factor) in favor of possible X-E3 arrival. Alas I was wrong. So, now I might consider X-Pro2 or more likely wait for the next generation. Meantime I'll keep myself busy with recently acquired Olympus 35SP and Minolta X-700 with the bunch of great Rokkors.
  9. Just try to operate your camera with a touchscreen for a couple of hours on a windy day when the temperature is below -10C / 14F. You'll be pleased.
  10. "Are you excited about the X-E3?" said Patrick FR. Nop, I'm frustrated. So, good bye X-E3.
  11. How to operate the camera without D-pad during winter season when the temperature is low? I mean really low.
  12. So far i see consistent degradation of my ideal camera. Don't like combined iso-ss dial, don't understand and hate the idea of getting rid of popup flash as well. I use it indoors regularly and not going to attach to my camera anything but the lens.
