    The same. Don't use 18-55 any longer preferring 23f2 - 27f2.8 - 35f2. If I need wider or longer I have 14mm and 55-200.

    I just may guess that larger megapixel count is not the goal but side effect. When the chipset manufacturer transitioning to a new technological process, it can not keep the old sensor's density. So that's why we are getting 16 - 24 - 32 etc.

    I've never ever shot with T-shirt (Tx, Tx0) cameras but today I finally imagine that my X-E2 has EVF right in the center of its body... I pressed my face to the camera, hurt my nose, said f**k, pressed it ones again, said ffff**k, then I looked with my right eye through the finder located in the corner, said f*****k and smiled.

    I guess you hardly need your black background to be out of focus, so set aperture to f4 - f5.6 in order to increase the sharpness.

    I've started with quite a wide range of FLs. 14mm was my wide, 200mm was my tele and everything in between was my normal... However, as time went by I re-established my limits and today 23f2 is my wide, 27f2.8 is my normal and 35f2 is my tele. Well, I like to do landscapes as well, here is the recent one shot with my tele. For me it's just right and now I don't need to go any wider in the vast majority of cases. So I vote for 23f2.
