The Pentacon 4/200 is a lovely lens on the Fujifilm X-E1 ... with a tripod, of course.

the fuji files are incredibly forgiving even at 1600 ISO and you could also shoot without the tripod, if necessary

True, but unless you always want to shoot wide open, even 1600 ISO is a bit limiting. Especially indoors.
