    Welcome to our forum. The 18-55 is a pretty good lens. You could use it to determine your preferred focal length and order a prime afterwards.

    Welcome to our forum. Tough question. You could just buy the X-T3 body and get a WR lens seperately. But I fear this will be quite more expensive than a kit.

    Welcome to our forum. It's hard to recommend a model without further information concerning your motives, needs and preferences. A camera with an exchangeable lens will give you more flexibility, on the other hand the X100 is a great camera in many circumstances, especially street photography.
