Doh. Nevermind. It's a setting on the Disp/Back button. Just keep cycling through until you get to the one where it stays on. I'll leave my question up for anyone else who stumbles into this issue.

Anyone know how to set the LCD screen to keep data/info turned ON? It stays on when I raise the camera to use the EVF, but the data disappears after a split second on the LCD, switching to a preview of just the image. It comes back on when I auto-focus, but I don't want to have to keep my finger on the button while I'm making other adjustments. It's really a PITA when using a tripod. I KNOW it will eat battery life, but I don't care. I need the data to remain visible. I always have 4 or 5 batteries with me so battery life isn't a concern.
