  1. Check the lock settings! Or try a reset
  2. Super tip to remember!
  3. Woodlander, go ahead, I stole the idea from someone else! I only intend to use the idea to transport my lenses from A-B. Using accessory pockets in the Hadley Pro I can easily keep four lenses under control and not have them clanging around!
  4. I seem to remember a YouTube video on the subject!
  5. I of course am not claiming this to be an original idea! I stole the notion from somebody else! The caps were I believe JJC cheapos from Amazon, £2 each as opposed to £14 for Fuji originals. The glue used was a JML UV cured glue the name of which escapes me for the moment, but it was dearer £10 than the caps. PS the glue was called "Lazer Bond" it comes with its own UV led lamp! I reckon I saw this idea long before becoming a Fuji fanboy
  6. I glued together two cheap lens mount caps to allow two lens to be held in my Billingham Hadley Pro to stop the two lenses rattling about and damaging each other!
  7. A super result Gaz and thanks for posting larger!
  8. Really good Gaz55, please consider posting a larger image, this one is a little on the small size, making viewing a bit tricky!
  9. Peter, Fuji quote 16mm! At least that's what is quoted in the X-Pro2 specification sheet on the Fujifilm website
  10. Maybe that's because one is a Nikkor and the other is a Fujinon! Personally I don't regard the XF 90mm as a big lens, don't forget the XF 90mm is really a 135mm!
  11. Milandro, you are (so to speak) looking at one. ☝ Oh the shame!
  12. JB, super set of piccies.
  13. Chucktin, rest assured it is not one opinion by a long way!
  14. To save the images you might try connecting the camera to your computer via a USB cable and transferring the pictures that way! NOT using the remote app I should add, if accomplished it will leave you free to give the obstinate SD card some wellie.
  15. I wonder how long it will be until we get a GFX to XF adapter?
  16. Qiki, a picture is as good as a thousand words!
  17. Storm Doris moving the clouds at a fair old lick! X-T2 + 23mm f1.4 @ 1/950 f5.6 ISO 400

    Yet Another Mini

    This time a maroon mini front end. X-T2 + 23mm f1.4 @ 1/40 f5.6 ISO 400.
  19. Milandro, I appreciate what you are saying, but I chose a different route albeit a more expensive route! But what you say doesn't mean that Fuji couldn't make their foot Arca Swiss compatible, it would cost them virtually nothing extra!
  20. Milandro, I agree with your comment on the price, my reason for going for this option is that when using a Manfrotto five sided plate mounted on a Nikon lens a 300mm f4 PF Nikkor the plate did not engage properly and the lens and camera hit the floor luckily carpeted. After that I ditched that plate system toot sweet! So now I'm not in favour of screw on plates. But it was an expensive option to pick. Damned good job I'm an eccentric millionaire, well I assume that somewhere in the world there is a currency in which I'm a millionaire!
  21. Milandro, this is the Hejnar replacement tripod foot attached to my 50-140mm lens, please note the two threaded holes, allowing all sorts of gizmos to the foot! Its only drawback is the price!
  22. Milandro, OK, but how does making the supplied feet Arca Swiss compatible stop any use of a screw on tripod head or other device? You didn't answer that point? Of course it doesn't! The Arca Swiss fitting is fast becoming the defacto method of fixing cameras or lenses to other devices!
  23. Milandro, how does Fuji making its lens bolt on feet Arca Swiss comparable hinder using a screw on tripod head?
