    Mileage varies? Maybe a design of the weather sealing problem peculiar to this model. My Japanese made lenses are buttery smooth I.e. 18-55, 10-24 50-140. Other than the zoom action no other complaints. I'm sure the QC policy of Fuji universally is the same

    Milandro, I have seen many comments regarding the zoom action of the 18-135, when I compare to my other zoom lenses, it most definitely not as smooth or free as the Japanese lenses. For instance the zoom action stops short of the extremes unless more force is used to get at the ends of the zoom range, I hear also that this is normal from reading other comments! If you have this lens try it!

    My only Chinese Fuji lens is the 18-135, and IMHO the quality control of the Chinese leaves something to be desired, definitely not as good as the Japanese made lenses, what a shame!

    I have just checked my X-T1 FW 4.3 and there is no menu 5 option to turn off OIS only shooting or continuous ? But I don't have any XC lenses!

    BP the second one which I prefer needs to have some perspective adjustments made as there are converging verticals easy to do in Lightroom or ACR!

    As can be seen from my avatar I wear glasses, and find the X-T1 EVF to be great and I can see all of the screen, also I use the extended eyecup which to my mind appears to make the EVF larger? And of course no cut off when using physically longer lenses! Can't wait for the X-T2 to be announced, hoping for an even more improvement to the EVF.
