    • I got my X-H2S back from Fujifilm Canada, where I sent it in due to a firmware-related issue. They "repaired" it at no charge, which I appreciated — but now it's come back with a completely new issue and is basically unusable. As soon as I attach any lens, the screen starts blinking for about a minute, then shows a “Lens Error” message. I’ve tested it with three different lenses, with and without a memory card, and the result is always the same. The problem only goes away when no lens is attached. This issue didn’t exist before the repair. It was returned to me marked as fixed, but now it’s even worse — I can’t use the camera at all.  Video showing the issue: https://youtu.be/ki7oHViDwsQ

    • I've been using an X-T3 for years... Now I just decided to give an X-T50 a try, mainly for IBIS and supposedly better autofocus... As light goes down it is much worst, I started to notice it immediately! I tried with bot the 27mm 2.8 and the 35 1.4, I know not the best lenses for autofocus, but still the X-T3 handles it much quicker in difficult/dark situations, Here is a video, the first is the X-T3, the second the X-T50: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/14mxqd5xkltwz609x3s52/test-focus.mp4?rlkey=xsc6v5zzke2n4m9q4x2wldoci&dl=0 Tracking is even worst!!! : https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/9kejtzmlkidyauymh53nk/test-focus2.mp4?rlkey=axg3j51c4nknwgz4ewf9obuj2&dl=0 Both camera same exact settings, both on latest firmware and both in boost mode
    • In addition to above suggestions: in auto-iso, set minimum shutter speed appropriate to your focal length. In low-light conditions, set aperture wide open (f1.4-f2).
    • Ghosts and goblins and all sorts of fey critters are stirring again. It is that time of the year. Be careful, they will soon be out and about... Boo!
