  1. I also use the Lowepro Event Messenger 100. It fits my X-E2 and depending on the lens you can fit 3 in there. I also use a Black Rapid SnapR 35 Bag and Strap as a walk around when choosing one lens only, but I don't know if it will fit the X-T1. The X-E2 fits with the 35mm maximum, so I can use with the 35, 27 or 18.
  2. I don't know if it is the case, but, did you try changing the settings of the little dial on the side of the viewfinder, maybe it was not set properly before but with larger numbers you could see ok. Sent from my SM-N910C using Tapatalk
  3. What shot focusing speeds with the different lenses? Anyone felt any difference? Sent from my SM-N910C using Tapatalk
  4. I haven't had time to install it yet, but carnival holiday is coming up, so 4 days to play around!! Sent from my SM-N910C using Tapatalk
  5. Fuji released a new manual with the new upgrade firmware features, and everything else. Might be worth to read it. Sent from my SM-N910C using Tapatalk
  6. Try putting the cap on with the hood attached!!!
  7. I love my 60mm. I use it on an X-E2, and it does hunt a bit sometimes. It bothers me sometimes but it sure does not make it unusable. I've placed many shots with it in this album here at flickr if you want to take a look. https://flic.kr/s/aHsjXYodU8
  8. the lens is tiny!! It sure raises the "take the camera everywhere" factor. I love mine. I do struggle sometimes if I'd take the 27 or the 35 out. For street where I'd be shooting f/8 during the day...27mm for sure. Sent from my SM-N910C using Tapatalk
  9. Packaging is also much different then the xf packaging. Sent from my SM-N910C using Tapatalk
  10. I went to Spain in September and took the XC 50-230mm with me. I did not use it that much, but I had a chance to take it to the Bioparc in Valencia to give it a good try. Great lens! Also, when people look at you using it, they all comment: "look at the size of that lens!" haha it does get pretty big when at 230mm. Here are some of my favorites, and in the end the link to the album in flickr with all of the images. Suricato. Bioparc Valencia. Spain by Marcelo Valente, on Flickr Giraffe. Bioparc Valencia. 11. Bad hair day there on the first shot. Hahahhahaha Sent from my SM-N910C using Tapatalk
  12. The hacking meant changing the value of the speed in a setup file because the speed I needed was not available in Lightroom. Sent from my SM-N910C using Tapatalk
  13. I tested timelapse only once with the Fuji, and stuck the images together using Lightroom. It did require some "hacking" to make it work at the speed I wanted. In the end I just gave up. Maybe I should try again, but, I thought it was too complicated for me. Sent from my SM-N910C using Tapatalk
  14. I came back to my trip to Spain and I'm in the process of selecting and editing the images. Here are some with the 50-230mm At the park. Parque de la Ciudadela. 15. Oh!! But the building looks just like the one in Barcelona. Good thing I didn't have time to go hunting for the statue, hehe. Thanks anyway!! The trip was excellent, by the way. Posting images on my Flickr as I get them ready. You are welcome to take a look. Sent from my SM-N910C using Tapatalk
  16. This is the one thing I felt a lot of difference when moving from Canon to Fuji. I always had my Canon on burst mode, but on the Fuji X-E2 it can't be controlled. On CL it just fires away and I was never able to get it to shoot one shot only on burst, so I gave it up. Not being able to do one shot in burst mode will keep you from filling up your card unecessarily. So, if you really need to take more than one shot you change it, otherwise, you just miss the other shots, so...got to be fast on the trigger to shoot that one shot that will work at the right moment.
  17. Just came back from my vacation in Spain. Wanted to share some of the images I took with the samyang 12mm. There are more to come, as these were from the first day of the trip only. Hope you all like them. These were taken at Seu Vella in Lleida, Spain. This is a cathedral from the 13th century that was turned into military barracs later on and used for this purpose for some 200 years. 20. Gordon, what's the address for that little girl statue in Barcelona? I'm going there tomorrow and would like to stop by there. Great shots. Sent from my SM-N910C using Tapatalk
  21. Got the same issue on the X-E2. I hate it. My mom doesn't hate it that much because it takes away the wrinkles ;-) I'd like Fuji to fix it. I can Photoshop later for my mom's liking. Sent from my SM-N910C using Tapatalk
  22. Ummm, I just discovered that in Valencia where I'll stay for three days while my wife is in a course, there is a pretty cool zoo. So, I think the 55-230 will come in handy then. Oh, man, why do I have so many lenses?? Sent from my SM-N910C using Tapatalk
