    OIS should be off for panning. OIS will be confused by the panning action.

    If you set the focus mode switch to Manual, the AF-L button will do back button focus. If you leave it in S or C, BBF will not work.

    I would go with the 35mm f/2. I have both the 27mm and 35mm. I am happy with them both. Size and weight go to the 27mm, but weather resistance goes to the 35mm. F/2 and a little higher ISO will work just fine.

    I use several Peak Design products and couldn't be happier. The Peak Design Lite is my choice for my X-T2 and X-Pro2.
