  1. Love my 90 but still playing with the thought of changing to the 56 f/1.2 for the more practical focal lenght and wider aperture. The 90 has superior AF but I rarely use I think. Most shots are just candid shots of my family like this where I'm sure the AF speed of the 56 would be sufficent. Not sure how it would keep up with kids running around though
  2. I would get something on the tele side. 55-200 or 90 f/2 The 23, 27 and 50 are all to close to your curent focal lenghtes IMO.
  3. Then the sales for the 23 f/2 WR would suffer, so I doubt it.
  4. I salute you for doing these detailed comparisions and articles about the X-Pro series. Wish you used bigger pics when you showed examples though. I kinda miss my X-Pro1. I love my X-T2 but I kinda miss the form factor or something with the X-Pro1. Not sure what it is or if I'm just tripping out
  5. A bit clumsy. I can't find cropping (does it exist). Anyway, here's an example. Shot in ACROSS JPEG and then tried out classic chrome with some tweaking Across SOOC JPEG DSCF7848 by Filip Hermelin, on Flickr Classic Chrome and some tweaking in X RAW STUDIO DSCF7848 by Filip Hermelin, on Flickr
  6. Had my X-T2 for about 16 months. Only fault I came across was "white bars on LCD" after leaving the camera with the usb cable plugged in for cpl of days. Solved it by draining the battery, then recharging it with the battery charger. Other than that, nothing.
  7. Woah! Probably only balances well on the X-H1
  8. 50 is a great focal lenght for family/children outdoors, too tight for indoors but you have the 23 f/2 for that. I have the 35 and use it for both indoors and outdoors. Works great, a bit tight for indoors sometimes though. I'd get the 50 if I were you as you already have the 23. Great combo
  9. Here again and this time indoors. And here I even shot manual WHITE BALANCE of 4000. 1 sec or less between shots and then warmer color tone
  10. I'm sorry but I disagree. There's a big difference between the shot in this thread and my shots. I wouldn't even bother taking a shot like this. This picture is all over the place and my eyes don't know what to look at. My photos aren't perfect but at least there is a clear subject in them. But this thread wasn't about my photography... This guy asked an opinion and I gave my honest opinon. I don't remember asking you about your opinion on my photos however.
  11. Well i'll bump this thread again since we finally get a respectable amount of snow over here in Sweden. All shot with the X-T2 + 35 f/2
  12. Windsor. I used to live nearby like 12 years ago
  13. I'd go 14-23-35 as 23 is perfect focal lenght for candid/portrait indoors shot while the 18 is not, and you already have 14 as wide angle. If I only had 2 lenses I would go 18 + 35 though.
  14. For travel and children the 35 f/2 makes more sense than the f/1.4 because of faster AF and WR
