Card error

Just took my card out and downloaded onto my computer, when putting back in, the camera says 'card error'. Changed cards, tried three different ones, all the same. Any suggestions?

Try cleaning it.  Same thing happened to me today.

Did, first with air, then electronics cleaner, neither helped, still getting the error message

1. Try another card in the camera - if OK then it's the original card that is the problem, not the camera. 

2. Assuming that you have downloaded all the images from the card then I would reformat the card in your computer and then reformat it again in the camera.

Thanks for the suggestions, make sense. However, I've tried three different cards. Haven't reformatted, though, I'll try that.
