Well, you can. I am using one now.

But I have unscrewed the left part from my Smallrig one, and it works.

On my Canon EOS R using a thumb grip from Meike because of the flippy screen.

If you unscrew the left part then it is not an L-Bracket any longer, right? Can the LCD articulate when you only shift the left part outwards?

RRS has announced an L bracket for X-T4, but there are no details available yet.

    • Like jerryy said lithium batteries are shipped partially charged. Do you have ibis turned on, and is it set to continuous or shooting only?  If continuous that could be the noise you hear.   I’d also contact Amazon on the shutter count and missing wall plug.
    • Normally, lithium batteries need some charge to keep them healthy. Try to never let one of these drop to zero charge level, that can cause it to short circuit or be permanently disabled. Have you not contacted or heard back from Amazon yet? I think your troubles will disappear once you get in touch with them.
    • An update on this , I got an email my from regional fujifilm support saying that it should be zero, so now I’m not sure what to think.. I sent them email again asking them if this qc claim can be true, but no response yet. A lot of posts on internet say that their cameras came with some photos taken due to qc, and also ChatGPT tells me fujifilm support is wrong … I wonder if I should contact fujifilm global support.   A couple more questions that trouble me: Camera came with battery at around 75% is this normal? Shouldn’t it be 0? Also I hear a constant low humming /fan like noise from camera. It stops when I enter photo viewing mode. Thanks
    • I forgot how to remove the battery door so I can attach the grip.  I downloaded the manual for camera and grip and I can’t find the directions.  I don’t want to break it.
