Here is the same image from above. This was an edit of one photo using Capture One. I was using the 12mm Samyang, I think my exposure was around 15 seconds. My next post was a stacked image from this session, 20 images (including this one), stacked in Sequator and edited in Capture One. The stacked image has a lot less noise, not sure if I like it better or not. I want to get some other folk's opinions/critique. What say you?

saw this heron on the trail near my house..........it was getting dark, had to drag it out of the shadows with Capture One. XT5, 100-300, 300mm

Fall is almost over, had some snow at the tail end of the storm last night. Thought I'd practice with sun stars and editing. XT5, 16mm 1.4, shot at F8, 1/125.

can't remember if I shared here, was playing with settings in the XT5, always loved this scene on the NCR trail. XT5, 16-80, 16mm, I think.

Playing around in Capture One, thought it was a cool looking tree, bald eagle on top. XT5, 16-80, I believe this was 16mm, F16.

Interesting day in Havre de Grace, found this guy hunting right near shore with a lot of folks watching, didn't seem to phase him much. X-T5, 70-300, 300mm, 1/1000.

This was my first star trails experiment. I had some lighting around that kept the foreground somewhat illuminated. Same setup, XT5, Samyang 12mm wide open. I need to get a suitable editing program so I can eliminate the airplane trails, lol.
