  1. Probably this: https://fujifilm-dsc.com/en/manual/gfx100s/menu_shooting/image_quality_setting/#clarity
  2. Unless this has changed - its never been possible to revert back to a prior firmware version on Fujifilm cameras
  3. Fujifilm has changed this on the latest camers such as the X100VI - recent cameras show the behaviour you are looking for. However I don't believe you can choose the behaviour either on older or newer cameras. Older cameras will return to either the My Menu or the first item in the IQ Menu if you don't have My Menu items so removing the My Menu items may be an option for you.
  4. The Amazon link is an annoying feature of this forum - its automatic and is applied to every post for advertising purposes. My question was - how do you know the camera wi-fi is on and requires turning off? I would have thought this would just use up the battery for no purpose if you aren't specifically using a function that requires wi-fi.
  5. X Raw Studio works with image files on your computer - not the image files on the camera card
  6. Does it use wi-fi when you are not specifically attempting to transfer files?
  7. Good to know - I was basing my suggestion on the X100VI where raw only isn't an option with multi-exposure
  8. I don't have an X-T5 to check - but maybe you are in RAW only?
  9. Sounds about right - the buffer is quite small on the X-S10 Fujifilm publish expected numbers in the specifications: https://fujifilm-x.com/global/products/cameras/x-s10/specifications/
  10. You can't go wrong with Sedona - although I didn't risk clicking on an unknown link
  11. One of many Apple/FujiFilm challenges - you need to use the MacOS Image Capture utility to transfer image files.
  12. Do you mean that the camera reports a focus error or that it misfocusses? I have the the Haoge LUV-X54B and haven't had error messages - it also appears to focus properly up close - although I haven't specifically measured the shortest distance.
  13. Currently the X100VI is able to transfer files without the grip (using Adobe frame.io services). According to an announcement at the 2024 X Series Summit the same capability is coming to X-H2 and X-H2S via firmware later this year: https://www.parkcameras.com/blog/news/fujifilm-x-summit-news-roundup_x-20-02
  14. You may be right - its not a lens I've used - I was hoping someone would chime in and correct me if I was making too broad a statement
  15. Which camera? If its recent such as X100VI then: If you want to actually disable the joystick then go here in the menu: Setup => Button/Dial Setting => Lock => Function Selection Look for "Focus Stick" and click on it (Page 3 on the X100VI) You can then toggle the lock on and off by long pressing the Menu/OK button
  16. Thats the way X series cameras work - half press or AE-L to lock exposure to show actual ISO
  17. Not sure about the X-T5 but the X-H2S appears to have a real fix (rather than just avoiding the problem by limiting the images per folder) - I’ve had more than 4096 files in a single folder that have been accessible by MacOS using a card reader. it shouldn’t take too long to run a test with the X-T5 using the fastest continuous burst rate with preshot turned on and shooting the smallest possible jpeg.
  18. Which location is this? I've not heard anything bad about the UK Fujifilm support centre.
  19. As Olaf says and a long press on the disp/back button is a quick way of showing all the current function assignments - you scroll down to the "Q" setting.
  20. None of the settings on X series cameras are mechanical
  21. First things - make sure you have PREVIEW EXP./WB IN MANUAL MODE in the Screen setup menu set to PREVIEW EXP./WB. - set NATURAL LIVE VIEW to Off https://fujifilm-dsc.com/en/manual/x-s10/menu_setup/screen_set-up/#preview_exp_wb_in_manual_mode
  22. Did you check that Flicker Reduction was off? https://fujifilm-dsc.com/en/manual/x-pro3/menu_shooting/shooting_setting/index.html#flicker_reduction
