  2. Some of my samples. Can't wait to shoot more with it. Very fun to use, but you gotta get very close or your subjects will be tiny!

  5. I use the 35mm 1.4 quite exclusively on my XT1. LOVE IT. The character, sharpness, color, bokeh, all amazing. A must have lens IMO. Alot of my shots on my blog are with XT1+35 http://photo.andrewlee.co.nz/
  6. I want: - 16mm 1.4 - 56mm 1.2 I have: - Samyang 12mm f2 - 18mm f2 - 35mm f1.4 - 18-55 f2.8-4 - Sigma 18-35 f1.8 (adapted) I really wanted - 10-24 but got the samyang 12mm and am pretty happy!
  7. Just picked up this lens too. Its pretty awesome! Love your shot of the guy pointing too btw!
  8. Coming from a Nikon D7000, I had a Sigma 18-35 f1.8 zoom lying around collecting dust. (If you don't know, this is widely regarded as the best zoom lens for APSC DSLRs) So what I did was ordered a Metabones lens adapter and stuck it on my XT1! My findings - Sharper than the fuji 18mm f2 @ 18mm 1.8, especially at the edges - Very very close to the Fuji 35mm 1.4 when shot at 35mm 1.8 - HUGE. People thought I was using a telephoto lens. - Quite heavy. Definitely throws the XT1 off balance. - Very nice bokeh Just a bit of fun, thought I would share Awesome image quality, just with HUGEness, HEAVYness and MF of course. Ask if you have questions Some samples
  9. Hello! I'm Andrew from New Zealand. I am a web designer and was given a DSLR as a sort of gift for helping a friend with his website. I've been hooked on photography since! I picked up an x100 a year ago and it got me hooked on Fuji. Just so much fun. Later picked up and xt1 + 35 and love this combo to bits. I also now have the 18f2, 18-55, samyang 12 and an adapted sigma 18-35 from my Nikon. Check out my blog if you like photo.andrewlee.co.nz
