  1. I own both the X-T1 and the X-T2 .Both are great cameras,but....the jump considering the image quality between the two sensors ,the old one and the new one, is the biggest among any other new cameras released in the market (at least the last 3 years) .The AF-C might have limitations in raw buffer ,but it's the best in terms of AF accuracy and jpegs are ok for me.When i shot 11fps burst on fast moving subjects ,i get like 75% super accurate images ,zoomed all the way . In terms of low light ,X-T2 is at least one stop better than the previous generation and the noise is ok up to 12800 ,while on the X-T1 the limit is 6400 and not many keepers (waxy skins etc). For portraits the joystick is useful and makes your life easier, maybe not the fastest ,but would x-t2 or x-pro2 be the same cameras without it?i guess not.
  2. is it just me or the LCD seems brighter with the new firmware in the default settings?
  3. Is there any other aps-c mirrorless better in low light than the X-T2?i've managed to shot many keepers from ISO 8000 to 12800 . Also , are there any users having issues with Auto Iso and Minimum Shutter Speed? It seems that the camera ignores it (minimum shutter speed) many times in good light situations and shoots at ISO 500 or 800 which are noisier than the X-T1's same isos
  4. After testing a lot the x-t2 i believe that the EVF is more accurate to what you see while the LCD will show you somehow what you get. Therefore to me it's better setting the camera using the LCD
  5. No, but i'm going to call again tomorrow my country's Fujifilm Service to see what they will tell me.Just wish for a fix.
  6. thank you for the link ,but having the same Evfs and Lcds both cameras, i'm facing it as a real problem on the X-T2 as i'm into indoor portrait photography
  7. Yes, to me it seems the LCD of the X-T2 slightly darker than the X-T1's .The main problem is: LCD before shot vs image taken (RAW or Jpeg) and EVF before shot vs image taken (RAWor Jpeg) .I'm changing the white balance and the exposure and what i get is different ,meaning that the changes on the LCD or EVF are not accurate.
  8. i have HUGE problems with exposure and color inaccuracy on my LCD as well with EVF .I've used all the metering modes, changed the exposure, preview effect ,nothing. The image is different on the screen ,always much brighter or much darker (depending the mode) than the picture i finally get.Colors also are inaccurate and now i switched again to Fuji X-T1 which is wayyyyy more accurate and what i see is what i get.I'm going to contact Fuji Service to see what they're going to tell me.
  9. remote app is so limited, nothing has changed for the better from the x-t1 era .No control of the shutter speed etc etc.The problem is the time you disconnect from the app ,then you have to either restart the camera or your phone, sometimes both.
  10. So i started taking pictures with the x-t2 and although the images were correctly saves as 001 ,002 etc ,the video files started from 103 .Anyone else had the same issue?
  11. XF 90mm is the sharpest of all he wants to buy. I have both 56 and 90 and there's no comparison which is better in terms of sharpness and autofocus. My moto is the newest Fuji glass the better imo.
  12. Can anyone give me a list of UK and EU online stores with the promotion of the 100GBP or 100Euro off when purchasing the X-T2 body with the VPB battery grip ?Shipping in the EU
  13. better find one xt1 for around 600- 700usd and invest in some good glass. There are still people spending over 1k for an xt1 body and that's a pity what's the obvious choise on that price range.
  14. Possibly X-T2 ,but i'm waiting for the Medium Format announcement and then i'll decide
