TMarshPhoto's Achievements

  1. MATT C by TMarshPhoto, on Flickr MIKE MORAN by TMarshPhoto, on Flickr some recent commissioned work!
  2. I would throw a white reflector opposite the light just to fill the shadows a tiny bit, gives it a much more produced look and you can always go back and darken the shadows later if you don't like it. Other than that, thats a solid look for a portrait of pretty much anyone, softlighters are super versatile
  3. I like the results I get from silky pix but the interface is very strange, and the english is very... broken. Lightroom can produce good results for minor editing, but if I really want to pull details from the highlights I'll use silkypix. I typically organize in lightroom, make a folder of the selects, then open that folder in Silkypix. then export as tifs and reopen in lightroom. From there I can decide if I want to edit it more in photoshop or export it to a jpeg and deliver it.
  4. An image from my "Comedians" series. x100 untitled-57.jpg by TMarshPhoto, on Flickr
  5. untitled-1519.jpg by TMarshPhoto, on Flickr
  6. X-t1 Sydney Gavigan by TMarshPhoto, on Flickr X100 (the OG) Ardy Sowe by TMarshPhoto, on Flickr
  7. Case by TMarshPhoto, on Flickr Pelicans count as camera bags right? If you look close you can see an X100 and an x-e1, w/ 18-55, crammed in there.
  8. untitled-126.jpg by TMarshPhoto, on Flickr From my Comedian Shot with an X100 (The old one)
  9. Eerie stuff, Definitely feels cinematic! I love the subtle cross in the third shot, adds to the mood. What'd you use for B/W conversion? Anything special?
