I updated my X-T3 from its shipping firmawe (probably 1.0 or similar) to the latest version 3.01.

The camera restarted and everything works except that I get no image through the lens on the EVF or screen on the back. All data (sutterspeed etc) are shown a usual and I can se old images from the memory on both screens. The camera can even focus on objects – but they are not visible to me.

I turned on/off. Removed the battery. Reseted both the "Shooting Menu" and the "Set up reset" but still no image. Tested different lenses. And tried different settings in the menu. But nothing seems to work.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

It looks like this... just as normal but no image. Just pitch black instead.
But since the camera focus on different objects – the camera can the what I am pointing it at. Somehow it is just not showing the image on either screen.

Pressing the Display / Back button just toggles the different versions.
View mode also works as normal, but no image in the EVF either.

Did you open the camera and check if you can see the sensor? the shutter might be jammed and thats why you got this back screen. if not you could also try re-installin the update again might work. if not just send it back to fuji

Hi, I am facing the same issue with my XT200. It takes few shots operating perfectly but then automatically goes dark. It also shows a countdown ( which i assume to be shutter speed/countdown) from 5 or 30 at random

The image results in either completely black screen or completely white screen.

Please guide if anyone has got this issue resolved

    • Hey all, new to the forum. Had a question for X-Pro 2, and Fuji users in general, I guess, haha. Just got into photography this past year. I bought my X-Pro 2 secondhand back in August. It’s been a joy to use. Great condition and worked perfectly but recently (the past few weeks) I’ve been running into a problem where the camera will intermittently shut off and won’t turn back on again unless I remove and reinsert the battery. Even then, it sometimes won’t turn back on again and it’ll take a few tries to get it running again. It will also sometimes shut off and reset everything while switching between LCD/OVF/EVF.I haven’t dropped it or taken it out in extreme weather, or anything. Using fully charged, Fuji batteries, compatible SD cards, etc. Have updated the firmware, and factory reset it a few times. Just today, even, when the camera was briefly working, I tested a few shots and the shutter seemed to get stuck a few times then turn off.  I’m more than likely going to send it in for repair (hoping they actually have parts for such an old camera) but was wondering if anyone else has ever had these types of issues with their X-Pro 2? Or might have any ideas as to why these things are occurring. Thinking it could be anything from a shutter problem to an internal power problem. I have been using Urth adapters for experimenting with various manual prime lenses (not sure if that would cause any issues).  Appreciate any info! Thanks.
    • Hi, I just downloaded Pixel shift combiner software, for both mac and PC. I tethered GFX100 to macbook, did the multishot and everything flow OK, no problem. But considering to much time to wait, I copied the 16 RAW files to my PC (I think higher spec will make combining process faster), separate macbook to shoot and PC to process, but when I tried to "register jobs" to start the combining process, it can't open the folder, showing :
