Fuji xt4 really can record 10bit ! Maybe Lie..

Recently check with Exiftool(terminal) the video information of my last shoot and i found out bit depth say 24 .. this mean 8 bit pre channel , I'am wrong ?  . I shoot in 1080p H265 10 bit . Also video megapixel is very low . Someone has encountered the same issue?

I tend to use Mediainfo rather than Exiftool for video - and for a similar stream from the X-T3 - it shows a bit depth of 10

Megapixels are as simple as 1920 x 1080 / 1000000 (i.e. calculated from image size and rounded to one decimal place)

This part of the output line:   yuv420p10le  cpX listed says the video was encoded as a standard 10bit HDR type of video.

No, for most things you can leave it as ten bit video, but if you need to convert it for a device that only supports eight bit video you can convert it easily. Usually you would only convert it after all of the editing is done and then double check that to make sure nothing went awry.

You can rest assured that it looks like your X-T4 is recording ten bit video.
