You won´t go wrong with the Samy. I used it on an event when I was shooting my wonderful wife. It performed absolutely flawlessly. The image quality is near enough up with the 14mm but not 100% But it is an absolute value king. Flickr Album

Hi fellow X-Shooters, It´s about time that I introduce myself on this forum. My real name is Daniel, just turned 39 a week ago and I live near Stuttgart in Germany. My "career" with Fujifilm began 2011 with the X100. From there on I have used near enough any X-Series camera except for the X-E2. I don´t want to talk about the gear too much though. What I do hope is that I can contribute to this forum, help newbies with questions all about the X-Series. After four years using the X cameras and lenses pretty much exclusively. I can say that I have quite some knowledge on the system. So do not hesitate to drop a line if you feel like it. You can also take a look on my personal blog and FB page. Blog Facebook

Thanks. I personally don´t use VSCO at all. Don´t even have them on my mac to be honest. Whenever I edit a raw file I do it do my pleasure. Personally I think that is involving myself more into the shot and how I wish to photograph to look. Most of the time it takes me less than two minutes to edit a photograph these days. I see the finished picture in my inner eye when I am taking it. I hope this is somewhat understandable how I am trying to explain this.

Personally I would love the following: Let´s call it the Fujifilm X200 with a new sensor, specs pretty much like a X100T, 23mm f/2 lens, and a screen like on the X-T1.... tiltable. Or they could make it with a full frame sensor and a 35mm f/2 lens. I don´t even need an OVF anymore. The EVF on the T is so good I could easily live with that. A pure monochrome like the Leica Monochrome. Either with a native XF lens mount or a X100T version called X100MT Other than that I am really pleased with the X-T1 and the X100T as they are. On my trip to Marrakesh I actually only missed the tiltable screen on the X100T.

For me the wish list to complement my X-T1 with the XF18-55, XF60mm and the Zeiss 32 would be: 23 f/2 WR that would be absolutely awesome, small, compact and fast enough for what I want to shoot. 10 or 12mm f/2 WR they would even go for an f/4 version to keep the size down A dedicated fisheye lens with WR and maybe f/2 or f/2.8 I know there is the Samyang one which I had and it is great but a Fuji one would be great They have listend to us and are going to introduce the 35mm f/2 WR. That is one lens I will be getting for sure. I think I will be going for the 10-24 soon as I just love the wide angle photography. Not into tele much myself.

X100T Firmware Update
Stockografie replied to yosemirza's topic in Fuji X100 / X100S / X100T / X100F / X100V / Fuji X70
JarredSpec, I am partly with you there. AF-C and the X100T. Not for me either. But what does need an improvement is the really, really slow AF in low light and close distance. That is where the firmware improvement would shine. Other than that the AF is more than enough even for fast action shots. One just needs to learn the camera and how it behaves and you can even get shots of birds in full flight such as I did in Marrakesh. (You can see that one on my flickr account) -
Wow, wow and WOOOWWW. What a shot. Great. Makes me want to go there myself.
