You have certainly captured the atmosphere of a classy European restaurant. I love sparkling wine, so long as it's methode traditionale.

 

Did you shoot these in JPG or RAW?

 

It looks like you did a little post production work in the crop.

Indeed RAW, original and in post the crop obviously + a little Exp + 0.85, Contrast -2,  Shadows +59, sharpening +44, Clarity +21

Good work. I assume you used Lightroom?

 

Yes currently Lightroom, but also evaluating Capture One. I also have Piccure and ColorChecker Passport.

Yes I agree re Photoshop. Lightroom far more intuitive. Capture One I find is a bit like Photoshop but I am perservering it handles skin tones like no other.

I'd say use photoshop if you've got 3 hours to edit 5 images. Use lightroom if you've got 45 mins to edit 200 images! It's a whole different workflow.

FWIW I use Lightroom for 98% of my editing. For the remaining 2 % I send the image from lightroom to photoshop for tweaking and it goes back to lightroom for inclusion in my export list.
