FUJIFILM XT30 II DON'T TURN ON

Dear photographers,

I have a small problem and I don't know how to solve it. I bought a FUJIFILM XT30 II camera a week ago, I charged it without problems, I used it about 2 times, and yesterday I put it back on charged it. This morning when I opened it, it didn't turn on, although the battery was fully charged (when charging, that green LED lights up, then it went off, indicating that it was charged)

I took the battery out, put it back in, nothing

If you know how I could solve the problem, you would be a great help.

I'm at the beginning of the journey and I'm learning!

Have you managed to put the battery in the wrong way round?

If you look in the battery compartment you will see the connections - make sure the connections on the battery are on the same side as the connections on the camera.

Otherwise there is either a problem with battery or camera - do you have access to a different battery?
