Hi there,

Just checking a few things before my final switch to the X-T2 :)

I like to do sunset/sunrise timelapse with my 6D and the DSLRDashboard app, which allows intelligent bulb ramping during the timelapse. This app doesn't work with the X-T2, unfortunately. I'm looking for another solution, such as TriggerTrap, which seems to do even more. However, does the X-T2 support remote bulb ramping? I can't find any info on that, neither for the X-T1.

Thanks!

    • Back on Page 4 of this thread is a brief excerpt about Coma Berenices. At the bottom of the constellation lies Messier Object M-53.

This is the equivalent of an exposure that is a little less than 17 minutes. A Closer Look on a different day: This is the exposure equivalent of a little more than 45 minutes. NASA used the Hubble and got a pretty good shot of M53: https://science.nasa.gov/mission/hubble/science/explore-the-night-sky/hubble-messier-catalog/messier-53/ About Berenice: https://www.constellation-guide.com/constellation-list/coma-berenices-constellation/
    • Is it just the images? Or is the information (shutter speed, battery level, etc) also blurred? Do you mean the viewfinder? Try adjusting the diopter setting. Have you tried a factory reset? I'm not sure how you'd do that if the screen is completely blurred. It sounds like the camera is probably faulty, take it back to where you bought it for them to assess and repair/replace.
    • Hello,  I’ve been shooting on my camera with no problems for a few months now. The camera is brand new. I turned my camera on last weeks & the screen is just a blur. You can’t make out any images. I’ve been searching how to fix but nothing seems to be working for me. Any ideas on what might be going on.
