X-T2 Clockings Not Allowing "PM"? / Workaround

Maybe it's me or maybe it's a bug?

 

Can anyone set their X-T2 clock to "PM"?

 

My selector will not advance to the "right" so I can change from AM to PM.

 

It stays on AM.

 

I found a fine workaround...by setting the clock to "airplane" in user settings date and time and added 12 hours...so my camera think I'm 12 hours away in Japan.

 

Odd.

When in "AM," increment hour digit beyond 12 (noon) and it will turn "PM."

Just scroll the hour numeral past 12 and it will show PM, mine did!

Maybe I needed to keep my battery in the new XT2 longer to charge the internal clock battery .... but I synced my XT1 and the new XT2 a day before I had my first wedding with the XT2 but found out after the wedding the XT2 clock had slipped by almost 5 minutes!  

 

Anyone else experience this?  Anyone else able to confirm that a charged battery needs to stay in the XT2 for a certain length of time before the internal clock is reliable?
