X-T10 with Eintsein Flash Transmitter on Hot-Shoe

What are the settings I need to dial in to have the flash trigger via hot shoe? 

 

Using Paul C Buff. Eeinsteins transmiiter.

 

Does anyone use any interesting/cheap wireless triggers?

 

I'd like to get a thumb grip but then I'd always have to carry the wrench to take it off when using strobes so looking into options.

I use the FlashQ transmitter + two receivers, no special settings on the X-T10, SS 200 works.

Cool! Love how small those are! Sometimes I use Profoto with Pocket Wizards but I can't stand changing out AA batteries and the transmitter is almost bigger than the camera.
