Aaah ... the fun of selling stuff on fleabay. Not only is the company a crook (encouraging crooks through their 'policies' such as not allowing a blanket ban on your auctions of buyers with less than, say 10, positive feedbacks to root out fake profiles), but it's payment scheme (praypal) is crooked (investigated in Europe for business practises and based in Luxembourg there to evade banking supervision and attendant legal issues) and very many of the customers are dubious to say the least.
