Greybeard got a reaction from Eldast in Is my S10 completely fried?
Doesn't look good - maybe you could contact the FujiFilm support group in France and ask them - they might also be able to estimate a repair cost.

Greybeard got a reaction from Dirk Broer in ISSUE: sudden unwished "vignetting" on pics
Thats weird - is this both raw and jpeg? The colours look a bit off as well.
Just in case - have you tried a complete settings refresh?

Greybeard reacted to BillSnell in ISSUE: sudden unwished "vignetting" on pics
Looks like ADV mode - Toy Camera is on - make sure drive mode dial is set to "S"

Greybeard got a reaction from wogears in X-T50 stops down to autofocus
in AF-C FujiFilm cameras stop down when you half press the shutter - in AF-S they don't
-
Greybeard got a reaction from jerryy in Fujixt4 icon unknown lower left corner
Like Jerryy says you can scale you image down so that it can be uploaded - that way we aren't guessing.
The only symbol that looks like a camera is the Continuous Mode symbol - but it normally has "L" or "H" next to it rather than a "1"

Greybeard got a reaction from jerryy in Camera clicks twice after taking one shot
Is this on the X-T30 II?
Sounds like you have HDR selected in the shooting menu.
The other alternative when you see the "storing" message is that the Clarity setting is non-zero but that doesn't cause multiple clicks.

Viltrox 56/1.4

Greybeard got a reaction from jerryy in File transfer without laptop
How about using a phone or a tablet? This is probably the fastest and easiest way to do it.

Greybeard got a reaction from pw-pix in X100Vi - soft image taken from night carnival
Its a bit difficult to answer without seeing the original image file.
Where did you focus? Is that point sharp? Or is the entire image (including the point of focus) soft?

Greybeard reacted to Hillsidebeer in File numbering on GFX100RF
Yes, I managed to replicate the issue - took a photo, numbered DSCF1232. Copied to the SSD drive, where is appears as DSCF1233. Take a second photo on the camera - this is DSCF1234.

Greybeard got a reaction from jerryy in X-T5 allows for only 5 partial stops of shutter speed
That sounds correct - I think all recent non PASM cameras work this way allowing you to fine tune a selected shutter speed - its the same with my X100VI

Greybeard got a reaction from SPB-007 in Auto ISO and Exposure Compensation set to C
Hmm - I don't seem to be able to replicate it with my camera

p.s. That raw file format is looking pretty good about now, eh? 😀😀

Greybeard got a reaction from owenizedd in [X-M5] Cant see all saved frames in playback menu
The number will drop if you delete the images with the highest numbers.
Try deleting an image from the middle of the batch on the card.
The number won't go down because you still have the image with the highest number on the card.

Greybeard got a reaction from Stacho in Problem with Auto ISO setting
Make sure you have Dynamic Range set to DR100 (on the second page of the Image Quality Setting menu)
-
Greybeard got a reaction from Driften in distance indicator on x100vi not showing
Screen Setting menu => Disp Custom Setting => EVF/LCD => AF (or MF) Distance Indicator
(and make sure you don’t have Large Indicators turned on)

Greybeard got a reaction from SPB-007 in Importing files
It might depend on your computer - but using a card reader should be the fastest method of transferring files (make sure the reader is able to support the fastest read speed of your cards)

Greybeard got a reaction from Sany in Setting (Auto) ISO Range in X-S10
Does it change after you half press the shutter?

Greybeard got a reaction from Sany in Auto ISO and Exposure Compensation
I've never noticed that 'exp compensation when in M mode' option before - and it doesn't work for me either.
When in M mode and you have a specific ISO setting then you get the Film Simulation using the dial - which sort of makes sense as you wouldn't want exposure compensation to work when you have set Shutter Speed, Aperture and ISO.
But when in M mode and using auto ISO the dial doesn't seem to do anything - I was expecting it to adjust the ISO but it doesn't.
Maybe someone else has found the answer.

Greybeard reacted to angelmedinag in X-H2 update failed
I've tried everything I can think of, like what you said, but nothing.

Greybeard got a reaction from Onur Dinçer in No "Noise Reduction" setting in X-M5?
Its the same as other X series cameras in the Image Quality menu - two types: High ISO NR and Long Exposure NR
-
Greybeard reacted to 80sfan in Jpegs importing with low megapixel count
It must have been some weird glitch in the matrix...I deleted all the uploaded pics and toggled all the fine and raw settings, re-imported and now it works as normal again.
Who knows?!🤷🏻♂️

Greybeard reacted to Olaf W. in Loosing almost all the settings
I‘m quite sure, as this is the way other devices use such capacitors. But one would need a service manual to get exact knowledge.

Greybeard got a reaction from jerryy in I cannot get the xt5 command dial to change the aperture
I went through this same problem some years ago with the X-T2 and bought the first version of the Fringer adapter that jerryy has suggested. It has worked very well - and given decent AF performance as well as controlling the aperture.
