  1. Fujifilm Will Announce a “Never Rumored Before” X-series Camera in 2016! http://www.fujirumors.com/fujifilm-will-announce-never-rumored-x-series-camera-2016/
  2. From Ken Rockwell's Fujifilm X-T2 Review: "Fuji goes off about "pro" with this camera, but it's not really. If you want small, consider a small DSLR for the best of all worlds." Review here: http://www.kenrockwell.com/fuji/x-t2.htm

  4. From Rico's X-T1 book: http://www.rockynook.com/shop/photography/the-fujifilm-x-t1-2nd-edition/ Let’s say you are shooting in mode A (aperture priority) in bright light conditions using f/5.6. Auto-ISO is set to ISO 200 as the lower limit and ISO 6400 as the upper limit. You have set 1/125s as your minimum shutter speed, because you want to avoid motion blur while taking pictures of people walking in the street. As long as the light is bright, there is no problem. The camera will use ISO 200 with shutter speeds at least as fast as 1/125s. However, as the sun sets, it becomes impossible to successfully use 1/125s at f/5.6 and ISO 200, so Auto-ISO will increase the ISO to ensure that the shutter speed doesn’t drop below 1/125s. This continues as the light conditions de- teriorate until Auto-ISO reaches the upper ISO limit (in our case, ISO 6400). What now? Since the camera can’t increase the ISO any further, it will start to reduce the shutter speed to values slower than 1/125s in order to still ensure a correct exposure.
  5. Sure... besides the 16-55mm, where the new firmware will improve CA control... but this is old news. FR-readers already knew it before the actual release of the Firmware
  6. yep... unless Fuji has some "secret improvements" they do not mention officially. All in all it might be better to update anyway
  7. all details here: http://www.fujirumors.com/download-now-fujifilm-x-pro2-firmware-2-00-fujinon-lens-updates-fujifilm-x-pro1-firmware/ Download files: http://www.fujifilm.com/support/digital_cameras/software/fw_table.html
  8. And also the X-Pro1 and many lenses will get a firmware update. You can read it on FujiRumors... before the rumor gets copied again http://www.fujirumors.com/firmware-details-fw-update-x-pro2-x-pro1-lenses-xf16-55-less-chromatic-aberration-coming-soon/
  9. a few more tidbits: http://www.fujirumors.com/firmware-details-fw-update-x-pro2-x-pro1-lenses-xf16-55-less-chromatic-aberration-coming-soon/
  10. For the sake of knowledge, Patrick, you may want to start an survey. I once wrote something on FR: http://www.fujirumors.com/my-main-2-complaints-about-the-fuji-x-t1/ ... it would have been actually a good idea to implement a survey there. At photokina, I talked to the guys of the repair service (undercover of course ), and they told me that I can send it in for repair, but they will use the same material to replace the bending door. And since this is my second door bending, I won't send it in anymore... the third door will probably bend too. So I prefer to keep my camera and accept that... (and use gaffertape)
  11. mine came off too. And I also have the banana door. Fixed it once.... but the banana door is back. Rubber Surface has some bubbles again. I guess it's just a matter of time, and it will come off again. That said, I met other X-T1 shooters, who have absolultely no problem, since years now.
