I have tried both. Stilck with Lightroom and enjoy the much better file management and the new automatic masking, not to mention that you also get Photoshop. If you are worried about worms, buy the cheap X Transformer and run the files through that first. The reason why files look better in C1 before being tweaked is a difference in philosophy. Adobe give you a flat looking result that can be changed manually or with any of the Fujifilm presets, or indeed a preset of your own (which can be applied automaticallyon import). Whereas C1 give you something that they think you might like.

I use both types of cards on my XH2 and XH2S. Some video settings require the CFexpress, which I try to use for all shooting because of the read/write speeds. I shoot landscape, sports, portraits and 4K video. If you stomp on the shutter in continuous shooting mode, speed in the camera and at home when importing is a real thing. I recently switched from Sandisk to Delkin Black, very solid construction and very fast to offload. B&H website states this for the Delkin Devices 150GB BLACK CFexpress Type B Memory Card. Max Read Speed: 1725 MB/s Min Write Speed: 1530 MB/s Worth every penny, I would suggest. Delkin also sells a really robost card reader as well for SD & CFexpress.

update : the charging and file transfer issue is fixed. i was searching for ways to downgrade the firmware after posting this, because i read some articles that it fixes etc.. but didn't found any ways to do that.. but i found that we can actually update the firmware again with the same version of the firmware file. so i downloaded the firmware again and this time i didn't use the fuji camera remote app, i used card as always and updated it again and the issues were fixed, i haven't tested the battery life, but i am hopeful that it's fixed too since other issues are fixed by doing this. so anyone who got issues after version 2 firmware update, please update again using card and see if that fix the issues. if not then add your issues under this thread. also never use fujifilm camera remote app to update firmware, it's the first time i used app to update and i got enough issues by doing it. have a great day everyone.

Interesting day in Havre de Grace, found this guy hunting right near shore with a lot of folks watching, didn't seem to phase him much. X-T5, 70-300, 300mm, 1/1000.

Not ‘required’, but worth it in my opinion.. Transfer speeds etc, I’m happy with mine. I wish my 100s had it!
