I wonder if there is a limit on the number of images. If you delete some images can you review again?

 

The file viewing limit wouldn't make any sense on such a high end body. Plus, rhinton shoots JPEG + RAW, that's like 3k pictures in total, not really a high number if you ask me. My Nikon 1 can review over 10k of Jpegs without a single hitch, it would seems very queer for the X-T1 to be stopped at 1.5k pictures

It wouldn't make sense indeed. But you never know...

All cards die. It's just a matter of time. About 3-5% are faulty from the factory. I never use cards larger than 16gb except for video. Just too easy to loose thousands of images at once. The cost per GB goes up, too. Last I checked, you need a new folder for more than 9999 photos. Still, again, way too many too lose in one shot.
