I'm having a weird anomaly with my x-t1 (and also my x-100). When I shoot in CL or CH, the files are out of order for the RAW and JPGS. I wonder if the cameras process them in a random order which messes with the metadata time stamp. I often use long strings of images in a sort of stop motion effect for video and having to sort these manually for hundreds or thousands of files is beyond tedious. Has anyone else had this issue? I've updated all firmware, tried various sd cards and I still run into the issue. Thanks for any tips/advice- Drew

I have a Lexar 128gb SD card. I am using a fully updated X-T1. I usually shoot raw+jpg. When the card gets about half full I can't review my pictures in the camera. It still store pictures, but I just can't review them in camera anymore. Is it me? Is it the card? Any help appreciated.

Hello, Well after I upgraded a few days ago, I just found out I can not record video. I have never had a problem with my cards, which include a Sandisk Extreme and Sandisk Ultra. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hello all, I'm new to this forum and I am reaching out in hope that someone here can help. I have shot with my X pro2 for several years now and I have never encountered this problem before. On a ten-day travel shoot last month I lost one day's images, 78 files. They show up in the card reader as black rectangles with no images at all. But curiously I can see some of the metadata i.e. time the file was created and when last viewed. These were files from the first date of the shoot. All the several hundred other images from the trip are there and I have been able to load them into my computer without any problem. I was using a new SanDisk Extreme Pro 128 GB card. (I never reuse cards). I've tried the usual recovery tools, like the software SanDisk recommends and Disk Drill, to no avail. I took the card to a reputable data recovery lab here in Ottawa, and they had no better luck. Their techs said they have never seen this problem before and they thought it might be the controller on the card, which is encrypted by SanDisk. The not terribly supportive SanDisk support people said it had to be a camera problem and they offered to send me a new card. They didn't even want to examine the card. Now, I have to emphasize my X pro 2 has been extremely reliable over the years. This has never happened before. And the fact the card did its job on days 2,3 etc of the shoot is an enigma. Any thoughts, anyone? Thanks, Jeff in Ottawa

Was shooting yesterday and today. Setting to FINE + RAW. While copying the pics to my iPad via card reader I saw that the later the pictures where taken first some RAWs where missing and then at some point all of the RAWs. Only jpegs where saved then. anyone here already had that issue? Thx a lot!

Where can I find instructions on how to select what gets store on which card? I want to direct jpegs to one card and RAW files to the other. Thanks.

I am planning to purchase the new FujiFilm XT-4 when it is available in NL. With the launch of the XT-4 FujiFilm removed the supported SD Cards from the compatibility section on their website. The link is still present on the XT-3 specifications website but the link is not working anymore * 1 Please see the Fujifilm website to check memory card compatibility https://www.fujifilm.com/support/digital_cameras/compatibility/card/x/?_ga=2.36026537.881780981.1588514698-1422211324.1588514698 I am planning to shoot both video and stills, and I selected two SD cards of 128 GB SDXC V90 UHS-II on their specifications and price Lexar 128GB Professional 2000x UHS-II SDXC Memory Card https://www.amazon.com/Lexar-Professional-2000x-128GB-UHS-II/dp/B012PL522W?ref_=s9_apbd_simh_hd_bw_b51Uq&pf_rd_r=024ABYFTPNGFBZWMKNQV&pf_rd_p=4857e4ec-7a8c-5815-af71-33dcd2497338&pf_rd_s=merchandised-search-10&pf_rd_t=BROWSE&pf_rd_i=1197396 ProGrade Digital 128GB UHS-II SDXC Memory Card https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07T9JWPBJ/ref=emc_b_5_t?th=1 Does anyone have any experience with those SD cards? Is there any way I can verify with FujiFilm which 128 GB SDXC V90 UHS-II are supported or recommended by them? W.A. Neijs

Since I’m going to Spain soon, I wanted a light and effective way to back up my SD cards every day during the trip. There were some old and no longer available devices on the market, but all had limited capacity and rather expensive... or bulky. I came across a neat project that uses a Raspberry Pi zero 2 (this is a much faster version of the old Pi zero) and also supports Wi-Fi. I made one, designed a custom case for it that I 3D printed (I have files for anyone that wants to to this project), and can say it works extremely well. The device is extremely simple, plug in a target storage device (in the pictures I have an extremely tiny crucial 4 terabyte ssd drive - the square thing), plug in a card reader (in the picture it’s that very compact usb stick so no cables needed), and it will automatically back up what’s on the SD card. It won’t overwrite files, only add new ones, and recognizes different SD cards so it makes separate folders for each unique SD card. It has a screen that shows transfer status, and while idle shows you the ip address so you can log into it with a phone and web browser. The thing is, with a portable battery, you can do this without even being near an outlet, and entirely in the field or on the go. pics Lens cap for scale here’s some screen shots if you want to log in You can also get thumbnails of images, but that takes way too long to generate, so I leave that function off the project can be found here - https://github.com/outdoorbits/little-backup-box the hardware portion isn’t entirely concise, if if people make this for themselves I can share what I got and from where. The main parts list are: raspberry Pi zero 2 four port usb hat - https://www.adafruit.com/product/3298?gclid=Cj0KCQjwlPWgBhDHARIsAH2xdNdICMYNwWVgb1i4BRLETI_8Mrep_RZf8hiQgtu4lT8W80hEM3GsQvEaAlU1EALw_wcB and the OLED display (make sure if you get it from adafruit to get the pigtail connector) - https://www.adafruit.com/product/938 the best thing is, you can use any low power ssd storage drive, and if you need more space, just get more drives. for the usb card reader, I got this, that’s in the image - SD Card Reader, uni USB SD Card... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B087QG75L7?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share for the large storage I am using this - Crucial X6 4TB Portable SSD – Up... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08W1KDM9K?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share I hope this helps someone looking for an on the road backup solution, and is a tinkerer like me.
