Fuji x-t20 system failures

Today I noticed that the control dial on the camera stopped working. It didn't respond if I turned it from S to CL or BKT. nothing worked, in every instance it shot in single shot mode.

After doing some reading I tried removing and replacing the battery and reseting all the settings.

this didn't help and now the camera stopped saving pictures, when I take them not on auto. All i get is a blank screen.

Did anybody encounter this? is there anything I can do?

I am afraid the best you can do is to contact Fujifilm customer service.

Update: I took the camera to fuji. They reset the camera (after I already reset it) and that seem to solve the problem

Did they reset it in a different way? in what way their way of reset was different than yours?
