Hi,

I would like to do more videos with my X-T2 (4K or FHD 60fps), so I need to replace my old basic class 10 Transcend SD cards. I have already read a few posts about best cards, but I'm wondering if a UHS-II 250Mb/s card would be overkill for my needs. I have to say that I don't do extreme burst mode photography. I don't care of being able to shoot a 11 fps for one minute!

Do you think those cards could give me enough performance?

Thanks

I've got both of those and the work fine with 4k.

The extreme (gold) one I have got in 128Gb flavour and it actually writes pretty quick, 60Mb/s and I've used it for shooting busts often when I was at Le Mans last month. No problem. I couldn't justify the very fast uhs II cards in such a large capacity. I didn't miss the extra speed once.

Should be okay. I believe 4k on the Fujifilm is 100Mbps which is about 12.5MBps.

However you want to buy the fastest card you can afford if you shoot RAW and like shooting in CH mode. But for video, anything with 30MBps or higher is recommended.

This would be a faster card: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B01J5RHD58/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_LKQAzb5Z69GJ5
