Hi all, recently I have found this problem whereby my JPEGs sent over to my phone seems to be a little darker than shown on my X-T50 itself. My X-T50's LCD brightness, color, etc, are all at default of 0. It did not really happen before, so I am confused as to why it is happening recently.

I've tried sending over both RAW and JPEGs to my phone, and I see that the RAW image is exactly as the JPEG. Could it be that the JPEGs sent over are somehow being sent over as RAW files? Appreciate the help. Thanks alot.

Unfortunately monitors are not all calibrated to display images the same way. Not to mention that over time, the same monitor will “degrade” or rather drift away from its factory settings and show the same image differently. This issue is a real pain for people, sometimes the best you can do is hope for the best realizing one monitor will show an image as just fine and another will show the same image as having noise and artifacts or being darker or lighter than intended.

Try keeping the monitor you use for developing your images calibrated and go from there.

Never take the view on the camera screen as accurate. It's a jpg preview and the screen is far from calibrated and accurate. Your phone is also un-calibrated and varies in brightness. Judge the photos on a properly calibrated monitor.
