X-T20 freezes

I received delivery of my X-T20 today.  I was working through the menu system and suddenly, the screen froze.  None of the buttons worked and it wouldn't even turn off.  I had to remove the battery to get back to normal.  I hadn't even taken one image.  Has anyone else heard of this?  I have had an X-Pro 1, X100s and X-T1 - all with no issues.  This was a surprise.

Its not rare. Mine - although xt2 - freezed dozen of times. Sent to warranty they said nothing wrong.

And you simply accepted that? My X-T2 has frozen twenty times now. With all sorts of sdcards and original batteries. The reports of this are getting much more frequent. Send it back to them again!
