FUJI 60mm f2.4 issue

Hello everyone, 

 

My Fuji 60mm 2.4 keeps making the EVF go blank every now and then and I can only solve it by changing the aperture. Has anyone else experienced this behaviour? How can I fix it?

No issues with mine, If it is at start up, you sure you're not just at a narrow aperture, a fast shutter speed or a low ISO

 

Does it effect the screen or just EVF?

 

how often does it happen and under what conditions?

No issues with my 60mm either.  Perhaps try updating the firmware for the lens?  Do you have the latest firmware?  Or perhaps a dirty contact?

 

Is the eye detection for the EVF working OK?

It affects both the screen and the evf. It tends to happen right after I change lenses. The eye detection for the evf works fine and the lens is updated to the latest firmware. It have a look at the contacts and check if I start it at a narrow aperture, a fast shutter speed or a low ISO.
