I like the results I get from silky pix but the interface is very strange, and the english is very... broken. Lightroom can produce good results for minor editing, but if I really want to pull details from the highlights I'll use silkypix.

I typically organize in lightroom, make a folder of the selects, then open that folder in Silkypix. 
then export as tifs and reopen in lightroom.
From there I can decide if I want to edit it more in photoshop or export it to a jpeg and deliver it.
