Can I use front command dial for shutter speed in M mode?

Hello!  I recently started using Manual mode for shooting.  I wear glasses and also I naturally use my left eye for viewing thru the EVF.  So, my face is getting in the way of changing shutter speed because it is by default adjusted by the back command dial.  Instead of getting rid my face (which maybe should be done for other reason), I want to customize the X-S10 to use the front command dial for shutter speed in M mode.  However, I couldn't find a way to do that.  Is it even possible??  If it is, how?

No - its possible with the X-H2S but not the X-S10 - it could be added by firmware but doubtful that it will be
