Camera remote for Android unable to transfer images

Could somebody please check if camera remote for Android is working? I can connect to the camera and remote control is working as usual. But in no way I can transfer images, connection is allways closed immediately. Some time and a few versions ago this worked without problems. I have tested with X-T1 firmware 4.10/4.20/4.21 connecting to a Nexus 5 running Android 6.01 and a Sony Tablet Z with Android 5.1.

Ok, it does so, if there are only RAW files on the camera.

mine (XT-10) works fine (JPEG only) but the camera informs me if it can not transfer the file.

 

I tested using both the photoreciever app, and the camera remote app, both could receive files fine

X-T1 old and not so smart LG phone , which appears to work, well aside from losing signal, every now and again, but I can control the camera from remote and download pics on the phone.

Try forgetting the wifi network on the phone and reconnecting. Could also try forgetting the network on the camera as well. I recall when I used the N5, some combination of those two got it to connect. Since moving to an S6, I have better connection results.
