Take a look at the X-T4, too. It‘s the more recent model.

All X-Trans 4 / X-Processor 4 models (with 26MP) are technically the same on the inside. Essentially it is which form factor you prefer that drives the decision. Some models (X-S10 and X-T4) have IBIS inside which can be a bonus depending on your shooting preferences.

Also note that the X-Pro3 has the same Electronic View Finder (EVF) as the X-T3 and the X-T4, but it has a much lower magnification factor. So, the EVF will appear much smaller. That could be an issue when you wear glasses. Best to try this out before buying.

Finally, be aware that you can add a battery grip to the X-T3 and X-T4 which extends the power autonomy by at least factor 2. You can't do that with the X-Pro models.
