XT3 with off camera Godox Flash units

After long lay off of no clients I tested my Godox units with the Xt3 and could not get them to flash with the Godox transmitter. Switched the transmitter to my X100F and it fired fine.

By trouble shooting I found that my last shoot was on continuous server C and my shooting mode was on continuous CL. On these modes the flash will not fire.

Switching back to single mode shooting I still could not get the flash to fire. Checked my shutter mode to find I was on Electronic mode which will not fire the flash.

Still not firing so I checked the flash setting in the menu which relates to the hot shoe and it was off.

So once I had corrected all these faults I was able to remotely fire my units.

I have not written these check points up and put the note in my flash bag as a reference when on a job and my flashes don't fire.

I had the same problem and went around the same loop. I don't know why they have the option to disable the hot shoe. There must be a good reason for it. I'm easily confused and Fuji did it again to me!
