New X100V owner... battery/charging ?

The manual seems to imply that in-camera battery charging should only be done by connecting to the USB port of a computer... Is it really bad to plug it into a charging block?? I've got a second battery & Fujifilm wall charger ($$$๐Ÿ˜–๐Ÿ˜–๐Ÿ˜–) on back-order, but in the meantime I have to charge the battery in-camera. It's a real PITA if it has to only be charged through my laptop..

More ? to come, I'm sure, but I'm already really digging this camera after only a couple hours with it..

+1ย  Plug in overnight and you are good to go next day.ย  You can also buy a second battery and external charger and swap out the batteries when one gets low.ย  This works well for me when traveling or forgot to recharge.

      I had lusted for the X100VI for months. I am going to Japan in November, and after lugging my main camera and lenses around Europe for 25 days last month (Hasselblad X2D), and being 71, I decided it was time to get a new, affordable street/documentary camera. I logged on to BH and lo and behold, found a black on immediately. I have had it for three days and have some questions/comments: --I can't foresee ever using the video features. Is there any way to delete them from the menus? --I find the menus to be, to put it nicely, almost impossible to wade through and interpret. Reminds me a lot of my wife's Lexus--great car, poor user interface. So my question is: is there any way to delete some of the data presented on the LCD screen--specifically, along the top where I see "4K29.97" and "5h10m30s"? I assume the "1142" I see just to the right along the top refers to how many images I can record on my SD card? And there is a little window on the right that says "Shot". What does it refer to and can I delete it? --And one more if I may--IBIS. It looks to me like IBIS only works with the Video side of the camera, not still photography. Is that correct? I can't figure out how to activate it for still photography. If I can solve these issues it would be a big help. I've gone through the entire 360-page digital manual but I haven't found answers to these questions. ย  Thanks in advance, Steve ย

      Hmmm, I've noticed on my XF 150-600mm too, it's as if the profile corrections in Lightroom aren't properly matching the lens. I've not noticed it on any other lenses I own and use.

      All of a sudden, Iโ€™m getting vignetting with both Fujifilm 18-135 and 55-200. ย I donโ€™t use lens hoods so thatโ€™s not the cause. ย Thoughts anyone?

      No exposure indication on screen of x-t50 when using xc15-45

      I am not getting any exposure indication on the scale on the left side of the screen when I install the XC15-45mm 3.5-5.6 lens on my X-T50. Is there a setting that might cause this? This doesn't happen with my 23mm f2 or 50mm f2.
