Xt3 external power not working

Hi all,

ive been using an anker power bank, one suggested by Fuji, to extend battery life and shoot times. It was working great and the little plug icon was visible in the lower right corner above the battery level icon. Now, suddenly, the icon has stopped showing up. The power bank itself still works, I tried charging my cell phone and used a portable usb Fuji battery charger, but I can’t seem to figure out why it won’t work via usb-c To the camera?

Did you try another cable?

I haven’t yet but the same cable still works to charge the battery itself

I foolishly upgraded to 4.3 and now I have the same problem. USB-C charging doesn’t work at all. I’ve tried an Anker PowerCore 20000, a Anker USB-C charger, an Apple MacBook charger and a simple USB-A charger. None of these get the green grip light to turn on indicating that it’s charging. 
Fuji-san: please test your fw upgrades before releasing them!!!
