Raw option disappeared on XT20

I always had my XT-20 set to shoot both RAW and JPEG. When I reviewed photos from my last shoot,  I noticed, everything was shot in JPEG. I though that I accidentally switched from the RAW+Fine setting. I went to set it back and it only gives me Fine and Normal to choose from. The RAW format completely disappeared from the menu. Did that happen to anybody? How can I fix it?

Do you have your camera in Auto mode ? Try to switch that off. On my X-T10 Auto does only jpegs.

(I would prefer if the camera would do Raw or Raw+Jpeg in Auto because if you hand it to someone else to take a pic and you put it in Auto for that, you loose the possibility to correct the image in PP from Raw.)

You've enabled a setting somewhere that only works in JPEG mode. There's a few of these available (IIRC some of the DRO settings, Auto & canned modes, etc)
