I am looking for guidance on whether anyone has gotten the X30 (Not X-T30), to work as webcam/live streaming device. I want to record some sessions for later upload, and would like to upgrade the video experience from my current Logitech device). It has the HDMI output, but I cannot find the appropriate settings in the menu and wonder if it is simply too old. (Think last year of manufacture was 2016). Anyone made this work?  

Pw-pix, thank you for your suggestion, however it might be too late for that, and I probably will have to live with that...I'm going to try some options though like updating OS, using a diffetent card or just shooting in slower/ diffefent modes. I might be abusing the camera too much with that 8 shots per sec. mode.

Take it back to where you bought it and ask for repair/replacement, it seems to be faulty.
